My little riff on meatloaf to add more of a health kick to it. I wanted something with a much higher health score in whisk.

Step 1
Pulse blend mushrooms and set into mixing bowl. Pulse blend garbanzo beans and add to bowl as well.
Step 2
Toss in your bison 🦬, spinach, garlic (I add a lot) and all your spices. for the onion and garlic powder I added a lot there too, probably 2 tbsp each. Don't @ me.
Step 3
Add two regular raw eggs.
Step 4
Mix it all up by hand. With dirty meat fingers tell your SO to add the Worcestershire sauce that I forget to add in the steps above
Step 5
Keep mixing.
Step 6
Put into greased casserole dish and press evenly.
Step 7
Cover with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
Step 8
Cook for 1 hour at 350
