Soften the onion & celery

Add rice & stir for 1-2 minutes

Turn up heat & add stock & passata
Step 4
Bring to the boil. Stir. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add peas & oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with green pesto
