Instructions

Preparation

Step 1
Rinse mushrooms in water a few times using a colander or strainer. Trim the bottom part of the stalks and chop the mushrooms. Discard the trimmed bottom.

Slit the onions and green chillies. Make sure onion slices are thin.

Making the fry

Heat oil in a kadai

Add onions and sauté till they are light golden in colour (To do this faster, add a pinch of salt)
