2 lbsground beef

1onion
medium, diced

4garlic cloves
minced

1red bell pepper
diced

1green bell pepper
diced

3celery stalks
diced

1tomato
diced

¼ cupgreen chilis
diced

28 ouncescrushed tomatoes

15 ouncecan of tomato sauce

2 tablespoonschili powder

1 tablespoonoregano

½ tablespoonbasil

½ tablespooncumin

½ tablespoonadobo sauce

1 teaspoonsalt

1 teaspoonpepper

½ teaspooncayene pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic over medium heat
Step 2
Add ground beef and cook until browned, then drain the excess fat and transfer mixture to the crock pot
Step 3
Add in the bell peppers, celery, and diced tomato.
Step 4
Top with the remaining ingredients and spices. Stir everything together.
Step 5
Cook on low for 6-7 hours
