1kgchicken mince

parsley

mint

pine nuts

cinnamon

all spice

cumin

sumac

chilli flakes

1white onion

6cloves garlic

salt

pepper

1egg

Instructions
Step 1
Blitz garlic and onion in food processor and add to bowl
Step 2
Blitz herbs and add to bowl
Step 3
Add spices and pine nuts to bowl, then add the egg and mix together
Step 4
Put the mixture in the fridge for a few hours
Step 5
Shape mixture to desired size and if too sticky dust lightly with flour before pan frying

blitz all ingredients together in a food processor
Step 7
add lemon juice
