Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and lemon zest.
Step 2
Cut the butter into the flour mixture using a fork until it becomes crumbly. Add the frozen blueberries, milk, and lemon juice, gently combining with fork.
Step 3
On a floured surface, roll the dough into 5 balls. Shape into squares and cut in half so they create two triangles.
Step 4
Bake scones on parchment lined cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes at 400°.
Step 5
Once cooled, mix ingredients for glaze and drizzle on top of scones.
