Instructions
Step 1
Add Chicken, and all marinade ingredients and Mix well and leave for 1 hour.
Step 2
Fry at the medium-low flame for 3-4 minutes or till it becomes golden.
Step 3
Add 2 tbs of Oil and Lehsan (Garlic) in a pan and mix for 30 seconds at medium-low flame.
Step 4
Add Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Piyaz (Onion), Sabz mirch (Green chilli) and mix.
Step 5
Add Chilli garlic sauce, Ketchup, Soy sauce, Sirka (Vinegar), Chilli sauce, Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Namak (Salt), and Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder). Mix for 1 minute at medium-high flame.
Step 6
Add 3¾ cups of water and mix. Add Cheeni (Sugar), Chicken and mix for 20 seconds. Gradually add the cornflour mixture, mix, and cook till it becomes thick [2 minutes/according to your gravy requirements at medium flame]
Step 7
Add Shakker (Jaggery) and mix.
Step 8
Delicious Chicken Manchurian is ready for you to enjoy. Serve with Egg Fried Rice.
