Savoury Mince
This is a throw together dish using whatever vegetables you have to hand.
Adjust amount of garlic as desired.
If using the stem of the broccoli, add to the pan the same time as the carrots.

Step 1
Heat oil in pan
Step 2
Sautè onions and garlic until soft
Step 3
Add hard vegetables. Cook, stirring, for approximately 5 minutes or starting to soften
Step 4
Add soft vegetables. Cook, stirring, until cooked to your liking.
Step 5
Remove cooked vegetables from pan and set aside
Step 6
Cook mince
Step 7
When mince is ready, add vegetables and cooked rice back into the pan.
Step 8
Mix everything together
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper
