Instructions
Step 1
Cook dried mushrooms according to package
Step 2
Drain stock to large pot and set mushrooms aside
Step 3
4-6 cups water to soup pot
Step 4
Chop cooked porcini and add to pot along with other mushrooms, onion, carrots, potatoes, and bullion
Step 5
Cook on medium flame until boiling; lower flame and cook until vegetables are tender
Step 6
Add potato flakes until desired consistency; simmer and cook for 10 minutes
Step 7
Add salt, pepper, maggi and parsley to taste
