From the book 1104 Broad Street by Mary Rocap. A favorite layered sandwich from the early days of natural, organic food. Created by Mary Bacon in 1973 at Somethyme Restaurant in Durham, NC. I'm pretty sure this was how I ate avocado for the first time, at college.

Step 1
Spread mustard on the bread.
Step 2
Add Fried egg that should be mostly cooked but a little runny.
Step 3
Layer everything else and add a slice of mozzarella on top. Place under broiler to melt the mozzarella.
