Ingredients

Salmon Filet
slice into three strips, depending on size
3mushrooms
2zucchini
scallions
1lemon
slices
fresh dill
For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Slice salmon filet into strips and then slice each strip in half but don’t cut it all the way through, just enough for it to open up
Step 2
Slice mushrooms and zucchini into 1/4 inch pieces
Step 3
Mix sauce ingredients together
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a few slices of zucchini as a bed, then a few green onions and then the mushrooms on top
Step 5
Place the salmon on top and spread some of the sauce. Top with lemon slices and dill
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 350F for about 15-20 minutes
