Roasted Browned Butter Carrots

Roasted Browned Butter Carrots are over the top delicious! This recipe uses whole carrots with the tops cut off, washed and laid on baking sheet. Cut up and onion and lay on top along with a light coating of olive oil and seasonings. Roast in the oven at 400 for 45-50 minutes. Right before the roasting time is up, brown your butter. When you serve this delicious dish drizzle your browned butter over top of your carrots. You will never make carrots any other way after having them like this! Enjoy!
