Instructions
Step 1
In pressure cooker, put cut meat into small pieces, turmeric, pepper, a little salt, water, and vinegar. Cook 5-6 whistles.
Step 2
Put oil in regular pot. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato.
Step 3
Add chili, coriander, garam masala, meat masala to the veggies.
Step 4
Ditch everything into the pressure cooker. Add water if necessary. Add salt if necessary.
Step 5
Check if beef is cooked.
If cooked, cook for 1 whistle. If not, cook 2-3 whistles.
