Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and milk together well.

Add rice powder and baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. It’ll be quite liquidy but don’t worry!

Depending on how big of a pan you’re using, you can either use one pig rectangular pan or two smaller ones (like the ones I used!)

Until pan is about 1/3 full. Put in the red bean (will be little balls). Pour in the rest of the batter. Top with any kind of nuts/seeds you want.
Step 6
Bake for 50 minutes (until top is golden brown.)
