Ingredients

1.5kgmeat bourguignon
1 Lwine Bourgogne

2carrots

2onions

2garlic cloves

thyme

lardon

1Tomatoe paste
can

2chocolates

15mushrooms

pepper

salt

cloves

plain flour

shallots

parsley

rosemary

bay leaves
Instructions
Step 1
The day before, macerate the meat with the wine, carrots, onions, garlic, spices, herbs,cloves

Step 2
On the day, in a pot with butter and oil, cook the veggies from the preparation made the day before +lardons. (Separate the meat and veggies, keep the wine aside too)

Step 3
Cook the meat a little til it's brown, remove meat
Step 4
Pour 4 big spoons of flour and mix it little by little with the wine and some water. Adding a meat bouillon is optional

Step 5
Put the meat back in with all the veggies and the chocolate , the tomato paste , pepper ,salt. Let it slow cook with the lid on for about 4 hours




Step 6
Cook mushrooms with shallots and add them to the mix 30-45min before the end of cooking time
