Easy single serve cheesecake made from yogurt and cream cheese is always my favorite! This one is without pudding powder but I added more cream cheese. It’s high protein and lower in calorie too!

120glow-fat cream cheese
60gprotein yogurt
60mlwhites
substitute with 1 egg
1 tsplemon juice
10gvanilla protein powder
substitute with vanilla protein pudding powder
4gmonkfruit sweetener

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven 170C.
Step 2
Prepare a ramekin/ baking dish, grease or spray with anti-sticking spray.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese in a bowl and then add egg, mix well.
Step 4
Add the rest of except for strawberries and mix well.
Step 5
Set aside some strawberries for topping, and add the rest of the strawberries into the mixture
Step 6
Pour the mixture to the baking dish, top with the rest of strawberries.
Step 7
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 8
Remove cheesecake from the oven, let it cool and refrigerate it for minimum 4 hours.
