preheat oven to 325°. sift almond flour into bowl. add baking soda and salt. mixed dry ingredients together. add butter, Brown and powdered monk fruit to dry ingredients and cream together for 3 to 5 minutes making sure to scrape edge of bowl with spatula. add one large room temperature egg and mix well. next add vanilla extract and mix. add one half dry ingredients into wet mixture with spatula. once mixed add rest of dry ingredients and mix. mixed chocolate chips and pecans then refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. use cookie scoop to form 12 cookies. do not crowd cookies on sheet. bake for 3 minutes then take out of oven and flatten top of cookie with spoon and bake for another five to seven minutes. cookies will be extremely soft when they come out of the oven so very important to let the cool for at least 30 minutes before eating.
