For the chutney
2 cupscranberries
½ cupsugar
½ cupwater
¼ cupbrown sugar
1 teaspooncinnamon
1 teaspoonGinger
¼ tspground cloves
⅛ teaspoonallspice
½ cupapple
chopped
For the sandwiches
Instructions
Step 1
Make the chutney by combining all ingredients and cooking over medium heat, about 15 minutes. Reduced to a simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled.
Step 2
Heat cream cheese and microwave for about 30 seconds. Spread on bread and add chutney, gouda, and turkey.
Step 3
Press on a sandwich press until heated through.
