Step 1
In a bowl, season your prawns with your Old El Paso seasoning packet, garlic, chilli, lime juice and oil. Set to one side to marinate.
Step 2
For the slaw dressing, add Old El Paso Guacamole, sour cream, lime juice, salt and coriander to a blender. Blitz until smooth and pour over shredded white cabbage and coriander. Toss together.
Step 3
Once the prawns have marinated, fry them in a hot skillet, for 2-3 mins and completely cook through! Allow the marinade to caramelise around the prawns.
Step 4
To serve, toast your tortillas and pop down your prawns. Top with pickled red onions, salsa, diced chilli and coriander and of course the green slaw!
