Instructions
Step 1
Mince the parsley.
Step 2
Pound the meat and then flour it.
Step 3
Grate the lemon to obtain the zests. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice.
Step 4
Melt some butter into a pan, add the zests and then ease down the pork collar. Cook the meat for a couple of minutes each side before adding the lemon juice and a bit of salt.
Step 5
When the meat is ready, put it on a plate, increase the heat and stir and thicken the sauce. Pour the sauce on the meat and add some parsley.
