Very simple Quesadilla recipe! It’s 483 calories for the whole thing, I usually eat one to two slices of it which is 120 calories each. It has 12 grams of protein per slice, which clocks in at about 48 grams for the entire piece. Make sure to use the Carb Balance Tortillas specifically because that’s the secret that I use to make it less carb dense.
