Instructions
Step 1
Start to cook the pasta

Peel and grate the garlic
Step 3
Heat a large pan on medium heat, once hot add the beef and pork mince
Step 4
Once the mince is cooked, add the garlic, Chipotle Paste into the mince and cook for 1 minute
Step 5
Add in the passata, beef stock, sugar and water, simmer for 5 to 6 minutes
Step 6
Once sauce has thickened add the pasta, and 3/4 of the cheese and cook for 1 minute
Step 7
Once done, serve and enjoy
