40gbutter

parsley

lemon

1 cupmilk

½ cuplight cream cheese

⅓ cupgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbsppasta water

Shrimp seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 3 fresh garlic cloves, 2 tsp Italian herbs, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1.5 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 lemon juice, and 2-3 tsp olive oil together.
Step 2
Season shrimp with seasoning mix.
Step 3
Cook on medium high heat for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Lower heat and add 40g of light butter, parsley, and lemon juice.
Step 5
Set shrimp aside.
Step 6
In same pan, add 250 ml or 1 cup of milk, 120 g or 1/2 cup of cream cheese, 40g or 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese, more seasoning, and 2 tbsp of pasta water.
Step 7
Store until it thickens, then add linguine, handful of spinach, parsley, lemon.
Step 8
Add shrimp, mix it well and it's done.
Step 9
Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese if desired.
