Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the shrimp in salt, pepper, and one crushed garlic.
Step 2
Cook the linguine with 2 mins left to completion. Before draining the pasta, keep one bowl of pasta water.
Step 3
In a medium to high heat pan, put some butter and cook the shrimp for approx. 2 mins (1 min per side). Remove the shrimp.
Step 4
In the same pan lower heat to medium low, add some butter and 2 crushed garlic and flavor for 30/40 secs.
Step 5
Lower heat to low. Add the milk and mix everything together making sure all flavours are absorbed. Add the flour and make sure it's whisked.
Step 6
Taste the sauce and add parmesan, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, and lemon. Make sure it's still on low and getting thicker. Add some pasta water to make thicker.
Step 7
Add the shrimp and mix into sauce.
Step 8
Add the pasta and mix everything together. Voilà!
