Instructions
Step 1
Shred the cabbage thinly and dry it. Place it in the refrigerator while preparing the other ingredients.
Step 2
Toast the sliced almonds in a pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Place aside.
Step 3
Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl and mix with the cup of water. Slice the apples into small cubes and briefly soak it in the lemon water mix. This is to prevent it from turning brown when exposed to air.
Step 4
Plate the cabbage and drizzle sesame dressing to taste. Garnish with the apple cubes and toasted almonds.
