Instructions
Step 1
Dredge the pork chunks in flour.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet. When hot, add olive oil.

Add the meat, season with salt and pepper and let it brown.
Step 4
When the meat is browned, add the red wine and leave a minute for the alcohol to evaporate.
Step 5
Add the meat mixture to the crock pot along with the garlic, onions. the bay leaf, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Step 6
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Step 7
Serve over rice.
