Step 1
Heat an oven to 180° or 160° fan oven. Grease a 8 inch loose bottom sandwich tin. Line the tin with ready rolled short crust pastry.
Cover the base of the pastry with the jam. Mix all the other ingredients together until a smooth batter. Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top. Bake in the oven for around 50 minutes.
