1 lblean ground turkey

1onion
small, chopped
1 x 28 ozcan petite diced tomatoes no
salt added

1 x 8 ozcan tomato sauce no salt added

1 cupchicken stock
low sodium

1 x 4.5 ozcan chopped chilies
if you like it spicy

1 x 15 ozcan black beans
rinsed and drained

1 x 15 ozcan dark red kidney beans
rinsed and drained

1 x 15 ozcan pinto beans
rinsed and drained

1 x 12 ozfrozen corn
package, optional

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspchili powder

1 tspcumin

1 tspgarlic powder

½ tsppaprika

½ tsporegano

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
1. Brown turkey and onions together until turkey is no longer pink. Drain and cool. Add to storage bag.
Step 2
2. Add the remaining ingredients and seal out as much air as possible.
Step 3
3. When ready to use, thaw overnight in the fridge. Crockpot: cook on low for 6hrs. Pressure Cooker: Add 1/2 cup stock or water. Cook on high pressure for 30 mins. Quick release steam.
