Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine bananas, sugar, oil, sour cream and eggs; mix those. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt; add to banana mixture, mixing just until combined. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in 325 F oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins before turning out onto rack to cool completely Slice to serve; butter if desired. Makes 1 loaf.
