Variation on a mint chip recipe--my creation. This is a quick and easy no-cook Philly style ice cream.

Whisk together
366gWhole Milk
595gHeavy cream
200gsugar
½ tspvanilla extract
⅛ tspCream de menthe oil
plus 3 drops
20Mints
cut into six or eight pieces
Instructions
Whisk together
Step 1
Whisk milk, cream and sugar together, then stir in vanilla and cream de menthe. Toss into ice cream machine.
Step 2
While ice cream is freezing, chop up Andes mints, and chill in freezer. Add to mints to ice cream at end of freeze.
