Chicken marination
Flour batter
1 cupPlain flour
½ cupCornflour
½ tspWhite pepper
1 tspSmoked paprika
1 tspSalt
½ tspBaking powder
1 tspBlack pepper
For the honey Sriracha sauce :
2 TbspButter
⅓ cupSriracha sauce
2 TbspSoya sauce
2 TbspBrown sugar
½ tspGarlic powder
½ tspRed chilli powder
2 TbspHoney
1 TbspLemon juice
Fry- Airfry or bake
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with the ingredients in the chicken marination section and leave it to marinate for minimum 30 mins
Step 2
Mix all the flour ingredients and coat the chicken wings. Coat them all in flour mixture and then repeat again for double coating
Fry in medium hot oil for 7-8 mins until chicken wings are cooked
Step 3
Melt butter and add the honey sriracha sauce ingredients, Then coat the chicken wings in the sauce and serve hot
