Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Put in the broccoli and boil for about 4-5 min (or until soft enough to pierce through a stem with a fork). Drain and plate.
Step 2
Spray a pan with cooking oil and bring to high heat. Place salmon fillets (seasoned with salt and pepper) skin side down and fry for about 4 min. You can put the lid on to help it cook quicker.
Step 3
Turn the salmon on the other side and fry for another 3-4 min.
Step 4
Serve together with broccoli and cherry tomatoes and enjoy!
