Sweet Paprika Salmon/lemon salmon air fryer.

Prep:2minCook:6min
The air fryer does and will cook moist and tender fish. I never believed that until I tried. Alongside the spiced fish you can cook at the same time an identical fillet with no spice but just fresh lemon, dill and seasoning. Over the non spicy fillet you can squeeze more lemon before cooking.

Brush some oil over the base of the air fryer basket to ease lifting the fish when cooked. Heat the air fryer to 200C for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 180C and put the fillets in 2 at a time. Cook for 6 minutes and check it is cooked to your liking. if you want the fillets cooked a little more return to heat for a minute at a time.

Step 3
Despite the air fryer being non-stick fish will stick but not greatly. Brush a little olive oil on the base of the fryer pan and that will make it easier to lever the fillets

Fresh, cooked veg is unbeatable with fresh Tenderstem and steamed potatoes al denté. Some butter to melt over the potatoes, seasoning if you like and good old Tartar sauce is always a friend of fish.
