Delicious juicy salmon wrapped in crispy fried rice-paper . This has a yummy taste and really nice texture ! Works with pretty much every dipping sauce . You’ve gotta try this !

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the salmon into 12 squares then season the salmon with salt . I like to use garlic and herb salt . Next lightly oil a hot pan and get the salmon in skin side down . Cook until the skin starts to become golden then add 1 tbsp of butter

Step 2
Baste the top of the salmon with the butter then flip the salmon over and get a nice color on the other side . Remove from the pan and set aside
Step 3
Slice the peppers and chili then dip each rice paper only for a few seconds in water . Add a piece of salmon to the centre with some peppers and chillies then fold both sides in and roll them .

Step 4
Add the wrapped salmon to the same pan and cook on both sides until crisp and golden .
Step 5
Drizzle chili oil and sesame seeds on top and enjoy
