Instructions
Step 1
Place the asparagus and salmon on top of each other on a piece of tin foil.

Half the lemons and squeeze the juice on top, being careful it doesn't run off the foil. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3
Wrap the foil tight so no food is showing and place in the oven on an oven tray. Cook for around 20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is soft.

Meanwhile, boil a pan of water and cook the rice for 15 minutes until soft. Drain and serve.

Around 5 minutes before the salmon is done, add the black olives and tomatoes to the oven tray and put back in the oven for the remaining 5 minutes.

Serve the salmon, asparagus, tomatoes and black olives alongside the rice and pour over the lemon juice.
