For the Chermoula Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add cumin, garlic, salt, paprika, lemon, cilantro, and olive oil to a bowl and mix
Step 2
Marinate the chicken in your chermoula sauce for at least 30 mins
Step 3
Add your onion to a pan over medium high heat and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken with the marinade and let it cook for around 8 minutes (about 4 on each side) or until chicken is fully cooked
Step 4
Prepare your couscous. Pour couscous into a sauce pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and cook on medium heat until slightly browned
Step 5
Add boiling water and cover. Cook for 12 minutes or until the water is gone
Step 6
Serve chicken over couscous
