Honey Butter

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all butter ingredients together in a small container with a spatula. Set aside.
Step 2
In a medium sized sauce pot, heat the frozen fruit and sugar on medium high. Stirring often, bring mix to a boil.
Step 3
Add cornstarch and mix continuously until very thick (should be about a minute or so). Remove from heat and set aside. *note: jam will thicken substantially when cool*
Step 4
Assemble your sandwich by layering the honey butter, homemade jam and peanut butter of your choice in between 2 pieces of bread.
Step 5
Cut into circles with a biscuit cutter, ring/cookie cutter or an upside down measuring cup.
Step 6
Freeze any you don’t need for that day.
