Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
Step 2
Place Naan on a flat surface.
Step 3
Drizzle 1/2 tsp EVOO over each Naan.
Step 4
Spread 1/2 Clove Fresh Garlic over the EVOO.
Step 5
Cover each Naan in Mozzarella.
Step 6
Rip off pieces of 1 slice of Prosciutto .
Step 7
Place pieces of the ripped off pieces of Prosciutto spaciously place on top of Mozzarella.
Step 8
Repeat the above step for the second Nann.
Step 9
Evenly divide Arugula amongst the Naan.
Step 10
Place Arugula spaciously on each Naan.
Step 11
Crumble 1 tbsp of Goat cheese on each Naan.
Step 12
Drizzle 1 tbsp of Balsamic Glaze on each Naan.
Step 13
Divide Black Pepper ( 1/8 tsp,) Sprinkle over each Naan.
Step 14
Place both Naans on a bare middle rack oven.
Step 15
Bake for 7 min. Keep an eye on your Nanns because oven temps vary. You don’t want them to burn. You want just enough time for Mozzarella and Goat Cheese to melt.
Step 16
Your Prosciutto and Arugula to crisp lightly.
Step 17
Your Balsamic Glaze to sticky ooze over everything.
Step 18
Remove from oven let cool for a min.
