Easy Baked Pork Belly

This was delicious. I had it marinate for a little over an hour and then baked it in my Ninja so it’s not sitting in grease. I’ll be making it again

So it was my first attempt at making these, and I was def a big fan. However, my family was not. I think because it was a meat, they were not used to. I tried to gain more info on flavor if too much fat, etc, with no such luck. So as meat eater myself, the flavors were very good, and I would recommend this dish.

Maybe slightly lower temp, say 170*C fan. Was tasty but drier than I'd like

I made double the amount of the Marinade to make the sauce. If you are cooking it in the oven make sure you have a drip catcher because the fat from the pork will leak over. But it is a great recipe just needs more sauce.

Very good! A little salty with the soy + salt. I would just do the soy next time and maybe a little more brown sugar. Also, score the fat side so the marinade gets in deeper.
