Easy prosciutto rolls

Here’s an easy appetizer or lunch. Make sure you get cubed prosciutto. Takes minutes to make. Goes great with sauce or soup.

Instructions

Step 1
Roll out the pizza dough. Spread cubed prosciutto all over the dough. Roll up starting at short side. When you get 1 inch away from edge brush egg on edge to help seal dough so it doesn’t open when baking. Continue rolling up edge. Cut 1/2 inch circles and place on greased baking sheet. Brush each circle with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
