Shrimp in vodka sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Vodka
Grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
3-4 cloves of garlic (sliced thin before dicing)
Fresh basil
Heavy Cream
Sauté the tomatoes in olive oil until they start to break down.
Pour in the vodka and light on fire. Let it burn off to chat the tomatoes a little.
When fire burns down, add a small thing of heavy cream, garlic, salt and pepper.
Once mixture returns to a boil while stirring constantly, turn down the heat to low and let cook down to desired consistency stirring occasionally.
If adding salmon, add it for the last 5 minutes of cooking on low and serve.
If adding shrimp or chicken, cook them in the same pan before starting the sauce, remove them and set aside and add to sauce last five minutes.
