Step 1
Heat oven to 450F.
Step 2
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

Place chicken in a baking pan, skin side up, brush melted butter on top.

Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add mushrooms, put salt, pepper, thyme, and sautee until mushroom juice evaporate.
Step 6
Add tomato paste, chicken broth, cooked chicken, cooking juice, peas, heavy cream, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer chicken to the plates, add flour to the sauce, cook until thickened.
Step 8
Pour the sauce on the chicken.
