Step 1
Add oil of your choosing to a pan, then add rice to pan and brown.

Once rice is browned, add 2 cups of water and spices, then stir and add the rest of water and cover on medium low for 20 minutes or until the water has evaporated. then take of burner and let sit for a few minutes.
