Instructions

Step 1
Heat a glug of oil in a frying pan and add the yellow and black seeds. Cook until they start popping.Add the diced onion and fry gently.
Step 2
Add the salt and pepper and the grated ginger, followed by the garlic, chilli powder, ground coriander and cumin. Add more oil if needed and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the peppers and stir to combine. Add the tinned plum tomatoes and stir to break them up. Simmer for about 10 minutes until starting to thicken.
Step 4
Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes or so.
Step 5
Tip in the rinsed prawn and stir well. Put a lid on for a couple of minutes. Turn heat off as soon as prawns are all pink (this will only take a few minutes). Serve immediately.
