Instructions

Step 1
Chop your tomatoes, onion and green beans. In a pan over medium heat add 2 Tbs oil, add your onions and cook for 4-5 minutes
Step 2
Add your garlic and ginger paste, cook for 2-3 minutes and add your tomatoes followed by your spices and green chilli. Cook for a further 5-7 minutes until soft
Step 3
Add your prawns cook for 1 min and add your coconut milk. Add your green beans and cook for 7-10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper and serve on pilau rice
