Step 1
Mix flour and baking powder and set aside. Cream butter and sugar then add flour mixture and water mix until dough forms. (It’s easier to use your hands) Roll the dough into a ball cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Combine sesame seeds water and honey in a bowl. In a separate bowl add pistachios. Take 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough and press one side into the pistachios and then flip to the other side and press in the sesame seed mixture be sure to press the cookies very thin to ensure they crisp up. Place onto a cookie sheet and bake 350° 12-15 minutes. Cool completely then enjoy.
