Layer 3 lettuce leaves, 1 t Mayo, 1 slice cheese, 2 oz ham. Top with 3 more lettuce leaves, 1 t Mayo, bacon, tomato, remaining cheese and turkey. Top with remaining t of Mayo and last 3 lettuce leaves. Cut into 4 wedges and secure with a toothpick.
