Instructions
Step 1
Wash and then slice the bell pepper. Break the ends of the green beans and keep them aside.
Step 2
Cut the Corn Cobs to bite size pieces and into a pot of water to boil with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Season the Salmon with the seasonings mentioned above. You can use any other spices that you would like to add in
Step 4
Heat a pan at medium heat and drizzle some oil and place the seasoned salmon in the middle, skin up. Add the bell pepper and beans on the sides around the salmon. Flip the Salmon every 2 mins till all four sides are cooked well. Do the same for the vegetables and take them off the pan in 5-6mins. Once the salmon is cooked take it out of the pan but do not take the pan off the gas.
Step 5
Increase the gas and then Get the Corn out of the water using a tong and add all of them one by one to the pan, the oil in the pan should be enough to grill the corn, if not drizzle oil on the corn, make sure the corn has bits of burned marks on it so you know it's time to take it out of the pan.
