Step 1
1. Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk.

2. Put a pan on medium high

3. Spray the pan with cooking spray
Step 4
4. Spread the cheese on the bottom of the pan

5. Wait for the cheese to melt a little
Step 6
6. Pour the whisk eggs over the cheese then put the tortilla on top, wait about two minutes then flip
Step 7
7. Add the avocado and tomatoes then use a spatula to lift up one side of the quesadilla and flip over the other side, as if you were making an omelette. Once it is browned to your liking cut and enjoy!
