Ingredients

1.5 lbbeef sirloin tips
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
3 Tbspolive oil
divided
1 x 16 ozsliced mushrooms
pkg
1 ¾ cupslow-sodium beef broth
1 Tbspdijon mustard
2 tspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspall-purpose flour
2 Tbspwater
1 x 8 ozsour cream
carton
8 ozegg noodles
3 tbutter
0.25 Cparsley
fresh chopped
24 ozbroccoli florets

¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
Instructions
Step 1
Main dish: sprinkle beef with s&p. cook beef in 1 T hot oil in large skilled over med-high heat for 5 min or until browned. Remove from skillet, keep warm.
Step 2
Cook mushrooms in 2 T hot oil in same skillet for 6 min or until browned. Return beef to skillet with mushrooms.
Step 3
Whish together broth, mustard, and worcestershire sauce; add to skillet. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer 5 min.
Step 4
Combine flour and water, add to skillet, and cook 3 min or until slightly thickened.
Step 5
Stir in sour cream, cook 2 min. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
Step 6
Sides: Cook noodles according to package directions about 6-8 min. Toss with butter and parsley.
Step 7
Meanwhile, cook broccoli according to package (steam in a little water). Toss with salt and pepper.
